Dear International Organizations,

We are pleased to announce that the KOICA is conducting demand survey on the KOICA Multilateral Development Cooperation Program for the year 2024.

Please be informed that all UN agencies and other ODA-eligible International Organizations in the OECD/DAC list can participate in this call for proposals and are eligible to submit the PCPs. Since each Organization may submit up to three (3) PCPs, the Country Offices of each organization must consult with its headquarters for the selection of the projects.

Thus, Each PCP must attach an official letter from the headquarters confirming that the project is one of the three allotments as evidence of the consultation. Otherwise, the submitted PCPs will not be considered.

The two main objectives of the 2024 KOICA Multilateral Development Cooperation Projects are:

1.        To enhance the digital capacity of the youth and;

2.        To institutionally protect the vulnerable (children, disabled, refugees, women etc.) from all forms of violence.

The project should also be closely aligned with the following documents or goals:

ü  SDG 4 (Education) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Inclusive Institutions), in particular;

ü  KOICA Mid-term Sectoral Strategy (2021-2025)

ü  Partner country’s national development strategies or policies;

ü  Partner organizations’ related strategies.
