Orientation will be conducted the next day of arrival in Korea. Participants are kindly requested to prepare a formal suit as there will be photography session.
Country Report:
Participants are requested to submit their ‘Country Report’ before arrival in Korea to the email address provided in the circulated ‘Course Information’.
Action Plan:
Participants are required to prepare an ‘Action Plan’ at the end of their respective fellowship programs, which are requested to be shared with KOICA Bangladesh Office upon their return.
Session:
Fellowship program will be divided into lectures, Seoul city tour and relevant field trips associated with the program.
KOICA’s Accommodation:
Participants will mostly stay at KOICA’s official accommodation known as ‘International Cooperation Center (ICC)’. This offers facilities inclusive of buffet style 100% halal food, Muslim prayer room, kitchenette, individual private rooms, money exchange, international phone card, emergency medical room, IT center, laundry room etc.
Arrival in Korea:
Upon arrival, after passing through Customs Declaration, participants are requested to report to ‘KOICA Counter’ located by Gate 1(Terminal 1) or close to Gate B (Terminal 2). It is discouraged to use unlicensed or unregistered taxis.
Personal Belonging Checklist:
Passport, visa, flight ticket, money for incidental expenses, medicine (if taken regularly), country report, course information and invitation letter.

KOICA Certificate:
Participants who have successfully completed the training program will be awarded a certificate issued by KOICA.
KOICA Bangladesh Alumni Association (KBAA):
There are two kinds of memberships i.e. General Membership for 1 year (Taka 500 by registration) and Lifetime Membership (Taka 5,000 by registration). Membership formalities are carried out at KOICA Bangladesh Office’s reception desk.
KBAA Newsletter:
Each participant is requested to submit one article to KOICA Bangladesh Office after completion of fellowship program which will be selected for publication.
