About Alumni

KOICA- Bangladesh Alumni Association (KBAA) has been actively working since last six years with a vision to "keep lighted the candle of friendship between Korea & Bangladesh". The idea of forming KBAA is to develop a platform of the participants of different KOICA sponsored courses that will be working for the strengthening relationship between Korea and Bangladesh and also will take initiatives for technology transfer. It is designed to develop bondage among its members and committed to work for the betterment of the people of both the countries.

OUR VISION

Keep lighted the candle of friendship between Republic of Korea and Bangladesh and transform the world as a nation imbued with sympathy, understanding and cooperation.

Mission

KBAA commits itself to Linkaging and Networking and Knowledge Management

Establish formal and informal relations and communications among the KOICA alumni of Bangladesh through cultural, social development and social activities from time to time.
Arrange discussion, seminars, workshops, and short training courses and publish journals/newsletters or other similar publications.
Mobilize, coordinate and support KOICA Programs and activities both in Bangladesh and Korea.
Organize study tour in Bangladesh, Korea and other countries with cooperation of KOICA.
Contact and co-ordinate with other related organizations for better co-operation and joint programmes.
Keep members informed about up-to-date KOICA's activities and technical information.
Formulate programmes by the Executive Committee (EC) related to the objective of this association as deemed necessary and fit.
