  • Treatment of patients
  • Training of medical staff on fistula
  • Social reintegration of ex-carriers by IGAs (Income Generating Activities)
  • The equipment of the operation block of the 8 CHR (Regional Hospital Center)
  • The reorganization of CSR (Rural Health Center) with the establishment of family planning services in the 8 health districts
  • Provide education and services related to sexual violence and family planning for populations including men and community health workers
  • Implementing fistula awareness campaigns to promote behavioral change for women with fistula and patient support activities with local NGOs
  • The second phase aims to treat 1,200 women, 500 of whom will benefit from IGAs (Income Generating Activities) and to put in place mechanisms to prevent obstetric fistula in Côte d'Ivoire.

  • Sensitization of beneficiaries on water management and payment of bills
  • Creation and management of a hygiene and sanitation committee
  • Strengthening the operational capacities of ONEP and SODECI in the implementation of the project
