ABC program is an 'Agenda for Building resilience against COVID-19 through development cooperation' based on the slogan 'Save Lives, Safe Livelihoods', from 2020 to 2024. It is first started as one of the 'Building Trust' for responding to COVID-19 crisis among developing countries.
