• Supervision of construction works including architectural, structural, civil, sanitary, electrical, communication, landscaping, etc. works.
• Support with obtaining permits and approval of the construction by the authorities.
• Inspection of construction works.
• Review of documents submitted by the contractor.
- Start report, material selection request, work progress report.
- Report on design error, omission, defects, etc.
- Work execution plans.
- Request for payment, security management expenses.
- Construction drawings and operation and maintenance manual, etc.
• Preliminary and final inspection.
• Review and report on the post-completion defect repair process.Service duration: 19 months from the signing of the contract.Language: All documents must be in English. However, bidders may submit the documents in Spanish with the English translation attached.Price (max): USD 105,490 (ITBIS included).
