Korea has accumulated a lot of experience and knowledge during its accelerated economic and social development; development driven essentially by the support provided to the strengthening of human talent. That is why KOICA, through its capacity development program, seeks to share the experience and development (know-how) of Korea with public officials, technicians and researchers from the friendly developing countries, so that they can face their own challenges to the future.
