KOICA 2019 scholarships for master's degree programs

The masters that KOICA offers are a 100% covered through non-reimbursable international cooperation funds (round trip tickets, costs of the master's degree, medical insurance, food expenses, housing and other expenses associated with the program).
ELIGIBILITY
Be a public official.
Have third level studies(bachelor's degree or engineering).
Experience and knowledge in the selected expertise
Enough handling of the English language, both spoken and written
Good physical and mental health
Preferably be younger than 40 years
Not having been benefited with a fourth level scholarship granted by KOICA
COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Each University has different requirements, however there are documents that are mandatory in each master's degree and ALL must be translated into English.
Sponsorship letter from the public entity (KOICA format, request by email to KOICA)
KOICA application format
Copy of third level title with the Apostille from MOFA
Copy of all the grades acquired during the university career with the Apostille from MOFA
English proficiency certificate updated (it may not necessarily be the TOEFL or the IELTS, but a certificate from a recognized center)
Valid passport for at least two years
Job certificate

* The application deadline is Friday, April 5th, 12:30. Applications will not be accepted after the established time.
* The submission of all documents (physical and digital) must be at KOICA office in Quito.
