ㅇ The Higher Institute of Fisheries in Zarzouna hosted a closing ceremony of the KOICA(Korea International Cooperation Agency)’s Tunisian-Korean Shellfish Aquaculture Project in the presence of Korea’s ambassador in Tunis Kim Jong-seok, President of the Institute for Agricultural Research and Higher Education Elyes Hamza, etc. The project aimed to promote shellfish farming in Tunisia and support professionals as well as researchers.
- Launched between 2009 and 2011 with a grant-aid of 3 million 936 thousand dinars from KOICA, the project received additional funding of 494 thousand dinars under the new MOU signed.
