ㅇ Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) signed a record of discussions with Quirino province to develop the province into an agroforestry region like South Korea’s Daegwallyeong.
ㅇ KOICA plans to spend roughly $US 9.5 million dollars on the new project by providing fruit trees, building facilities for livestock animals, and setting up agricultural distribution centers dubbed “Q-Life Center”.
