Project aid proceeds in the following manner:
A. survey request and receipt of project proposal through the Korean embassy
B. selection of candidates project for pre-feasibility study
C. pre-feasibility study
D. preliminary planning and confirmation
E. notification to the recipient country
F. establishment of a project master plan
G. dispatch of an implementation survey team and sign a Record of Discussion (R/D)
H. confirmation of R/D by both governments through an exchange of Note Verbal or the signing of an agreement
I. project implementation
J. evaluation and follow up
