Qualifications:

1) Mentally and physically sound

2) At least three years work/study experience within a government related organization and in a related field

3) Capable of writing and speaking in English or Korean

4) No previous participation in KOICA's training programs within the past three years. Exceptions are made for people taking specialized courses over a number of years in a specific field or different courses in the same field.

5) Should be nominated by their governments.
