Executive Development Program for Russian Officials Administration 03.22.2004 KOICA conducts the training course on "Executive Development Program for Russian Officials" as a part of the Korean Government's Grant Aid Technical Cooperation Program 2004. ¤· Program Title : Executive Development Program for Russian Officials ¤· Duration : March 21 - April 2, 2004 (13days) ¤· Number of Participants : 10 participants from Russia ¤· Training Institution : Central Officials Training Institute (COTI) This program will be consisted of lectures, country report presentation, study visits and various cultural programs. The participants will acquire specialized knowledge about economic development, government reform, market economy, e-government and world trade system. Through this course, participants are expected to share their knowledge and experiences together, and strengthen mutually informative and companionate ties between Korea and Russia.
