To observe the Korean IT development site and exchange experience from the perspectives
of their own countries,

To review the current status of quality of IT service in Korea and to discuss
practical approaches in the application of IT development
strategies,

To identify common issues and constraints in improving IT development in participating
country, discuss program constraints, and identify their
implications in policies and programs,
4)
To exchange policies and strategies for quality improvement in IT development,
5)
To explore future collaboration on IT development among Korea.
