KOICA conducts a training program "Community Health Care Service Development" for 15 participants from Vietnam as part of the Korean government's grant aid and technical cooperation program for 2010 as follows:

- To review the Korean Community health care policy, administration and services

- To identify the current status of community health care service in Vietnam, and to

  discuss practical approaches in the application of community health care strategies

- To contribute policies and strategies for quality improvement in Vietnam's Community

  health care service
