aid and technical cooperation program for 2010 as follows:

Course Objectives

To present the enhanced disaster management system and instruct knowledge,
skill

ability to respond diverse emergency related to floods and drought

To lessen the damage from disaster and to promote the security level of
the
participating
countries with disaster prevention system
