for 13 participants from Bolivia, Kazakhstan, Peru, Zambia, Zimbabwe as part
of the Korean government's grant aid and technical cooperation program for 2010
as follows:

Provide introductions to mine safety management in mineral resources development

Acquisition of concept to practical affairs of supervision under the mine accidents

Give the guideline to establish the policy of safety regulations in recipient
country

Contribute towards overseas resource development projects and promotion of mining
