KOICA conducts a training program ¡°Technology and Policy" for 8 participants from 18 countries as part of the Korean government's grant aid and technical cooperation program for 2010 as follows:

o Course Objectives

 - To share with developing countries about Korean S&T policy experience during its rapid
    economic growth  

 - To provide the participants with opportunities to study and discuss Korean S&T systems
    such as industrialization of S&T output, development of industrial human resources and
    strategy of sector development   

 - To develop international collaborations for mutual development between the participating
    countries and Korea
