and technical cooperation program for 2010 as follows:

Be middle of managerial-level officials, currently working at a training institute
for
government
employees or officials who are in charge of training policy for government
employees
of participation countries
-
Be 20 years of age or above, but preferably under 50 years of age
-
Not have participated in the same KOICA training program during the past three
years
o
Course Objectives

To introduce Korean government employee training systems and policies
-
To promote the development of government employee training and HCD in the
public
sector through the exchange of ideas, opinions, and experiences in
participating
countries' government employee training
-
To foster cooperative relationships between the participating countries and
the
Republic
of Korea
o
