15 participants from 14 countries as part of the Korean government's grant aid
and technical cooperation program for 2010 as follows:

Have work experience in civil aviation in participating countries and recommendation

techniques
by which GNSS obtains position and time

To provide an intensive overview of ¡®differential GNSS¡¯ and operation concepts
