KOICA conducts a training program "Construction Project Planning (Algeria)" for 20 participants from Algeria as part of the Korean government's grant aid and technical cooperation program for 2010 as follows:

 

o Course Title : Construction Project Planning (Algeria)

o Duration : July 15 - August 4, 2010 (21 days)

o Venue : Seongnam  &Incheon,Korea

o Number of Participants : 20 Participants from Algeria

o Training Institution : Korea InstituteofConstructionTechnologyEducation

 

o Training Participants

- National or local government officials, preferably middle manager, engaged in the

   field of Construction Industry

 

o Course Objectives

- To share experience and knowledge of Korean Construction Planning Method

- To improve technical knowledge and capacity in national development and

   construction project planning

- To improve understandings of Korea through cultural & industrial tour

B. COUNTRY REPORT PRESENTATION on

a) Report Major Issues & Projects of your ministry and the projects you are involved

    individually related to Construction Industry

 

C. STUDY VISITS & CULTURAL EXCURSION

- Compact SmartCity, Songdo Newtown Construction Site, Kyungin Waterway Construction

   Site, Seoul Amsa Bridge Construction Site, etc

- POSCO, Gyeongju National Museum, Gyeongju Art & Cultural Center Construction Site,

   Seokguram & Bulguksa Temple, etc.

- Gyeongbok Palace, National Folk Museum, N-Seoul Tower, Watch a Non-Verbal

   Performance 'NANTA', Insadong, Namdaemun Market, etc.
