KOICA conducts a training program "KOICA-JICA Joint Training Program on Environmental Protection Technology & Management for Air Pollution control" for 14 participants from 8 countries as part of the Korean government's grant aid and technical cooperation program for 2010 as follows:

- This program is offered to government administrative officers and researchers

  who are in charge of air quality management or monitoring in national/local government

o Course Objectives

- To understand basic knowledge on air pollution problem

- To acquire the knowledge of administrative measures for air quality management

- To understand the practical prevention measures of emission sources

- To propose ¡°action plan¡± for air quality management in your own countries
