aid and technical cooperation program for 2012 as follows:

Should be government officials, preferably in the entry-level not in the senior
level
(1st
year-entry level, 2nd year-senior or manager level, 3rd year-high ranking officers)

Course Objectives

To introduce the advanced IT-oriented early warning systems on earthquake, landslide,
flood, typhoon, etc.,
to
contribute to the participating countries' development of disaster management
policy and system.

To present the enhanced disaster management system and relay knowledge, skill
and ability on
how
to respond to diverse emergencies

To reduce the damage from disasters and to promote the security level of the
participating countries with
disaster
prevention systems
