xKOICA conducts a training program "House & Urban Policy" for 15 participants from Vietnam as part of the Korean government's grant aid and technical cooperation program for 2012 as follows:


o Course Title : House & Urban Policy

o Duration : Jun 10 - Jun 26, 2012 (17 days)

o Venue : Seongnam , Korea

o Number of Participants : 15 Participants from Vietnam

o Training Institution : Korea Land & Housing Corporation

o Training Participants

- Should be government officials preferably in the mid-senior level or higher

- Should be public enterprises’ officials preferably in the senior level or higher


o Course Objectives

- To contribute to establishing each country’s housing and urban policy and strategies by

   delivering contents and strategies on Korea’s land and housing development experiences

- To make the participants have more opportunity to understand the issues on housing

   and Urban planning areas in order to enhance professional experiences

13. Housing Reconstruction and Redevelopment in Korea
