[Government]e-Government (Moroco)

KOICA conducts a training program "e-Government(Morocco)" for 15 participants from 9 countries as part of the Korean government's grant aid and technical cooperation program for 2012 as follows:

 

o Course Title : e-Government (Morocco)

o Duration : June 17 - July 7, 2012 (21 days)

o Venue : Seongnam and Seoul, Korea

o Number of Participants : 15 Participants from Morocco

 

o Training Institution : National Information Society Agency

 

o Training Participants

-  Central or local government officials, preferably middle manager, engaged in the

    field of e-Government and ICT

 

o Course Objectives

- To review the successful Korean e-Government programs management

- To identify the current status of e-Government Morocco and to discuss lessons

   learned in Korea in order to develop Moroccan e-Government Policy

- To contribute to the improvement of Moroccan e-Government policy planning

   and its implementation.

 

o The program consists of 3 parts ;

 

A. LECTURES

1. IT Revolution and Informatization Policy in Korea

2. Socio and Economic Development Experience in Korea

3. New Paradigm in IT Management

4. Public Information Sharing System

5. e-Government Standardization Framework

6. Home Tax System

7. Internet Online Service

8. 1200 Years Old Cultural Encounter Between Korea and Arab-Mulsim World

9. Information Security Policy in Korea

10. Workshop for e-Government Development in Morocco

 

B. COUNTRY REPORT PRESENTATION on

a) During the Training Course, you have a time to present “Report” individually to share

    your work and knowledge with other participants and experts.

b) Based on what you have presented we will have discussions and set up

    Action Plans.

c) And in the end of training course, you have one more time to present ‘Report’ of

    yours individually.

 

C. STUDY VISITS & CULTURAL EXCURSION

- Samsung Electronics, Public Procurement Service, National Computing Information Agency,

  Gangnam District Office, Information Network Village

- 2012 Yeosu Expo Korea, POSCO (Gwangyang), Hyundai Motor, Jeonju Hanok Village

- Gyeongbok Palace, NANTA Performance, N Seoul Tower, etc.
