(Uganda)" for 20 participants from Indonesa as a part of the Korean government's
grant aid and technical cooperation program for 2012 as follows:

To provide the vision and strategy for the development of Uganda by sharing
Korea's
experiences
in local governance, local economic development, regional development, HRD,
etc.

To assist Uganda in the capacity building of local government officials

To promote a better understanding and more friendly relations between Korea
and Uganda
