KOICA conducts a training program "Public Sector Management (Rwanda)" for 13 participants from Rwanda as part of the Korean government's grant aid and technical cooperation program for 2012 as follows:

o Course Objectives

- To share experiences on the establishment and implementation of Korean central and

   municipal public service policies, and to contribute to enhancing a cooperative relationship

   between Rwanda and Korea

- To provide a program consisting of lectures on Korean public service and fiscal systems,

   strategies for transparency enhancement, e-Government, and on-site visits to help solve

   the problems which the Rwandan Government is facing, and improve the effectiveness of

   its fiscal management and administrative transparency
