The
Korea International Cooperation Agency Philippines invites qualified firms to
express their interest in an International Competitive Bid to provide design-build
services necessary for design and construction of the Lung Center of the Philippines
as the National Referral Center on Multi-drug Resistant Tuberculosis:
Description
of Design-Build Project
- Site:
In the boundary of National Lung Center of Philippines
- GFA:
Approx. 1,800 sqm
- Location:
Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Estimated
construction duration: 450 days from commencement of construction
- Budget:
Approx. US$1.6 million
Description
of Services includes
- Prepare
and deliver design and related services based on design criteria provided
- Build
the project per design and specifications
Qualifications
for Invitation to Bid
- Qualified
bidders must have experience performing more than one foreign aided or loaned
hospital/medical
facilities project construction exceeding half million dollars for the last
5 years
- Construction
Contractor or Architect (Designer) fully capable of providing the required
Design-Build
services on its own.
- Forming
a joint venture partnership or subcontracting arrangement to provide the required
Design-Build services if documentary proofs to support such relationship are
provided
with the bid.
Qualification
documents indicating firm¡¯s or JV¡¯s capability to perform above mentioned
services must accompany the Expression of Interest. Qualified bidders selected
will be notified within 7 days of the receipt of the Expression of Interest
to receive Invitation to Bid.
