| ICC is the major training facility of KOICA for promoting the development of international training programs and international cooperation programs as well as providing a comfortable and modern accomodations for participants. |

| In case of an emergency at the ICC |
| In the unlikely event that you might encounter an emergency situation, we advise that you familiarize yourself with the nearest fire exits. Counting the number of doors between your room and the nearest exit could prove useful in case of am emergency. Fire extinguishers are located at the corners of all floors and in each kitchenette. Please report any emergency to the Reception Desk(2600). notify all other occupants, and promptly evacuate the building. |
| Contacting your program coordinator |
| If any question regarding the training program arises, please contact the Reception Desk to refer to your program coordinator or contact your program coordinator directly via the internal phone line. |
| Dress code on the ICC |
| The ICC strongly recommends that you wear your pajamas, nightgown, or any other sleeping attire only in your room. |
| Smoking policy |
| Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building, this include in your room. |
| Room key |
| As doors are designed to lock automatically, please remember to take your key when you leave you room. Deposit the room key at the Reception Desk whenever you leave the ICC. |
| Closing Time |
| The ICC closes at 11pm, therefore, you are required to return to the ICC prior to closing time. If you expect to be late, please inform the Reception Desk
in advice.

| Overnight Absence |
| In principle, staying out overnight is not permitted. However, if you need to stay out, please inform the Reception Desk in advance. |
| Self-service Policy |
| Room service, porter service, and wake-up calls are not available. |
| Room Change |
| Room Change are not permitted: However, you may be requested to change your room if urgent facility maintenance is required.

| Receiving Guests |
| Please receive guests in the lobby or common areas in front of the elevators on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the building A.
Please do not invite guests from outside the ICC to your room.
Family and friends are not permitted to stay overnight. |
| Loss of Valuables |
| As the ICC is not responsible for lost or stolen property, please take care of your personal belongings.(You are recommended to use the safety box at the reception Desk. |
| General Etiquette |
| As many of the participants are from different parts of the world with different customs and cultures, please refrain from any behavior that may be offensive to others. |

| Local calls and International Calls |
| Local calls within the Seoul Metropolitan area(regional codes 02, and 032) can be made from your room by pressing number you wish call. International calls can only be made with a phone card purchased from the souvenir shop in the dining hall.
To use the telephone cards, follow the instruction on the card. |
| For your Safety |
| The outside and public spaces of the ICC are monitored 24 hours a day by CCTV for safety and security reasons. |
