The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Indonesia Office invites the prospective Bidders for the Remodeling Works of ‘Police Cybercrime Investigation Education Center in Semarang city, Indonesia.’ These Remodeling Works are to be implemented with the grant aid of the Government of Republic of Korea.
·Bid Title: Selection of the Construction Contractor of ‘Police Cybercrime Investigation Education Center’
·Purpose: Remodeling Works of Police Cybercrime Investigation Education Center
·Project Site: Police Academy (AKPOL) in Semarang city, Central Java, Indonesia
·Scope of Works: (Detailed information can be found in the attachment)
·Duration: Total 5 months including Design development from the date of signing the Contract
·Basic Price: USD 275,400
The interested Bidders are required to submit the documents (1 original + 1 copy) with ‘Letter of Interest’ for Bid Eligibility evaluation as below:
·Enterprise Registration License
·Business License (Construction) (2022)
·TAX Payment Certificate (2021)
·Evidence of performance in Indonesia (5 years: 2017~2021)
Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualification may be able to participate in this Bidding;
·The above mentioned documents are to be required for Pass or Fail judgment.
·Bidders should have at least one construction performance record, which is equivalent to USD 200,000 per one contract/project or higher, of building construction including remodeling works during 2017 and 2021 (five years) in Indonesia.
·RFP (request for proposal) will be informed and distributed to any Bidders which will have passed the mentioned key qualification as scheduled.
Registration of participation in Bidding by ‘Letter of Interest’ with the relevant attachment in person to KOICA Office (Original) as well as through email (Softcopy) in using the given format as designated hereto, no later than 16:00, 14 April 2022.
