KOICA Training Program, 'CIAT,' is a Human Resource Development (HRD) program for public officials, engineers, researchers, and policy makers from partner countries. Its main purpose is to share Korean experience in socio-economic development to assist partner countries’s efforts to establish sustainable socio-economic development. Since 1991, more than 800 Jordanian government officials have participated in KOICA training programs.
* CIAT stands for Capacity Improvement & Advancement for Tomorrow, which manifests this programs vision to strengthen organizational and institutional capabilities beyond personal capacity development.
