KAAJ Annual Conference this year took place at Le Grand Hotel in Amman to reinforce partnership between KOICA and KAAJ members. 128 KAAJ members and other partner organizations participated in this conference to learn about KOICA and KAAJ activities in the year of 2019 and to discuss the future KAAJ activities.
Stress Management Workshop (2019.7.11)
On July 11th, 2019, KOICA Alumni Association of Jordan (KAAJ) in cooperation with CHA University from Korea organized a stress management workshop for 25 low-income females at Queen Rania Hospital in Petra. The workshop consisted of a lecture on how to manage stress and a handcraft session. In this event, KAAJ donated five wheel chairs and one blood pressure monitor to Queen Rania Hospital as a form of support and appreciation for the hospital's efforts in providing health services for the citizens of Petra.
Ramadan Iftar(breakfast) with Orphans (2019.5.23)
On May 23rd, KOICA Alumni Association of Jordan (KAAJ) organized an Iftar activity for 135 orphans from Al-Hashmi Childcare Orphanage, Al-Hussein Social Institute and Women Programs Center/Al-Baqa’a Camp at the Children Museum Jordan in Amman. The activity consisted of a tour in the Museum's interactive Exhibit Hall, traditional Arabic storytelling, Iftar, and gift distribution which provided the invited children with an unforgettable memory of celebrating the holy month of Ramadan.
Ramadan Food Package Donation to Low-income Households (2019.4.29.)
On April 29th, the KOICA Alumni Association of Jordan (KAAJ) held an activity to donate seventy food packages to low-income families and Syrian Refugees who reside in Hay Al-Hussien and Iskan Al-Foqraa in Al-Mafraq Governorate.
