Since 1995, KOICA has been supporting Public-Private Partnership projects in Korea. As the scale of Korea's public development aid business has increased, cooperation between KOICA and Korean NGO has become more active by the importance of diversifying aid channels was emphasized. KOICA has supported to Korean NGO in various sectors which meet the basic human needs. In addition to direct support NGO, we also provide funding for dispatching volunteers to the partner NGO and hold training to strengthen the capacity of NGO. KOICA Kenya Office has been supporting 59 public private partnership projects in cooperation with Korean NGO and we will continue to endeavor to cooperate with civil society to enhance self-reliance of community people.
