March 4th, The KOICA Kyrgyzstan Office held the 3-Zero Declaration event for integrity management. KOICA has been striving for transparent and trustworthy management by conducting customer satisfaction(CS) and ethic management, and the 3-Zero declaration is an extension of this effort.
The declaration is to keep KOICA free from the three moral hazards: corruption, abuse of power and sexual harassment. Following is the declaration contents.
We will contribute to building a corporate culture of integrity
by thoroughly eliminating the corrupt practices of making or
receiving improper solicitations and by applying stricter standards
to ourselves based on upright ethical principles.
We will refrain from making unjust requests to external partners
and internal colleagues and engaging in immoral acts and pursue co-prosperity by performing our work in a fair, transparent manner at all times.
We will realize human rights management centered on respecting the dignity and value of humanity by nurturing gender sensitivity and human rights sensitivity.
With all the staff present, Country Director Dong-gil Oh and Local Staff Representative Alisa Tokoldoshova signed.
Based on pledge, KOICA Office is trying to best to realize human rights management centered on respecting the dignity and value of humanity for the development and prosperity of Kyrgyzstan.
