Modernization and capacity development of advanced 'Administrative Information Sharing and Interoperability System' Record of Discussion

On Friday, February 14th, Record of Discussion on the implementation of a grant project “Modernization and Capacity Development of Advanced Administrative Information Sharing and Interoperability System (Tunduk)" was signed between Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCITC KR) at the office of SCITC KR.
Mr. Dogoev Dastan stressed that this project goes in line with the strategic goals of the concept of digital transformation “Sanarip Kyrgyzstan” and with the year of regional development, digitalization of the country and child support, he believes that implementation of this project will be another confirmation of the successful cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Korea. Mr. Oh Donggil, the Director of KOICA Office in the Kyrgyz Republic in his turn noted that this project will help Kyrgyzstan to achieve the digitalization goals of the country”.
The project aims to enhance the convenience of civil service toward citizen and capacity building through the improvement of administrative information sharing and interoperability system in the Kyrgyz Republic. Within the framework of the project, KOICA is planning to provide: BPR/ISP (business process reengineering/information strategy planning), system development, provision of ICT equipment and capacity building of SE “TUNDUK”.
The project duration is 5 years (2020-2024), the budget of the project is 5 million USD.
