01 Carefully read the Course Information prior to completing the Application Form,
02 Download the Application Form for KOICA training program,
03 Fill in every part of the Application Form in English by either typing or hand-writing,
04 Submit 3 (one original and two copied) completed Application Forms (Make sure to have an authorized physician to complete and sign Medical Report 2, and an authorized official of your government to complete, sign and stamp the nomination section in part 4 of the Application Form) to KOICA Cambodia Office,
05 Attach 3 copies of valid passport and official nomination letter in English from your own organization,
06 The Application Forms, copies of passport and official nomination letter will be reviewed by KOICA Cambodia Office,
07 The documents will be sent to KOICA Headquarters for final approval.
