The ABC Program(Agenda for Building Resilience against COVID-19 through Development Cooperation)
has been implemented as a part of "Building Trust" strategy, a Korean government's development cooperation strategy to support developing countries on their response to COVID-19 pandemic.
It is being carried out since 2020(~2024), with the slogan "Save Lives, Save Livelihoods"
