Regarding the second batch of scholarship applications which is currently ongoing, KOICA would like to bring to your attention some important changes as below:
vApplication deadline has been extended to April 30, 2020. Please send your application documents to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation by this date.
vApplicants from private universities, research institutes, NGOs and International Organizations, are eligible to apply, provided they meet all the required qualification criteria. Thus, applications will not be limited to government officials.
