PAKISTAN OFFICE

On 10th of December, Korea-Pakistan Friendship Forest was established in Haripur, KP Province.

The Friendship Forest establishment was collaborated by KOICA Pakistan Office, Embassy of Republic of Korea, K-Water, Korea South-East Power, Lotte E&C, Daelim, and PGI(Pakistan Global Institute). Mr. Aurangzed, Former MNA; Mr. Khan, Secretary of PHED KPK; and members of Forest Department of Hazara Division and Haripur Forest Division joined in this event.

Everyone participated actively by planting his/her own tree and hanging his/her nametag the tree.

6500 trees were planted in total and a signboard explaning the motivation of Korea-Pakistan Friendship Forest was installed to commemorate the activity.
