Content: KOICA's Paraguay office is conducting Project for Strengthening the Capacity of Aviation Professional for the development of the 

Paraguay aviation industry.

By December 2022, it will build an aviation training center and an aircraft hangar and establish a master plan for mid- and long-term aviation 

education and education system to train experts on civil aviation in Paraguay.
