Experts Dispatched to “Project for the establishment of enhanced E-Governance Capacity Building through implementation of E-Learning based open learning system in Tunisia”

On Friday, May 28, 2021, KOICA Tunisia organized the briefing session at ENA to launch the experts dispatch for the project “Establishment of enhanced E-Governance Capacity Building through implementation of E-Learning based open learning system in Tunisia” that will focus on the new online training system of public officials, which is being implemented within the framework of the Tunisian-South Korean cooperation (Korea International Cooperation Agency), and for which the framework agreement for the donation was signed on November 23, 2020.
It should be noted that the implementation of the project extends over five (5) years and includes, among its components, the construction of a studio, a laboratory and a training hall, and equipping them with the necessary equipment to develop and record the pedagogical content to suit it with the online training system, as well as developing and putting into use an electronic training platform, and a program to develop the competencies of the concerned staff. The project at the central, regional and local level and the conversion of some traditional pedagogical bearings into electronic bearings to be exploited in the platform that will be created.
From May 22 to June 11, the experts will support the analysis of current state of the affairs and business process in Tunisia, the establishment of Master Plan and construction of studios to advance E-Learning system in coordination with ENA and CNI.
