Through client satisfaction management, KOICA shall manage the platform, support applicants, and collaborate closely in order to effectively provide ODA projects that governments and organizations of developing countries hope to participate. KOICA shall provide services that will support economic and social development and improve the quality of life in developing countries through platform services. KOICA shall fulfill the responsibility that the citizens of South Korea expect, and thus be loved and trusted within and outside the country.
