Operation Process
Call for proposals
· A call for proposals is announce two years before the project start.
Evaluation
· The GDEF Project Appraisal Council reviews and decides applications to be funded and the GDEF operational Council approves them as part of the GDEF annual operation plan.
Project Implementation
· Once the technical and budget details of the proposals are finalized as a result of the consultation between GDEF and successful applicants, the GDEF and the grantees will sign an agreement for the implementation of the project.
