KOICA Evaluation System
The project evaluation is conducted to provide objective and independent opinions on the project's outcomes and lessons learned, promoting effective organizational learning, while also fulfilling the responsibility to ensure the public's right to know by disclosing the results.
As the "enhancement of evaluation utility" becomes increasingly important for decision-making in development cooperation project management and implementation, KOICA has established the "2024-2028 KOICA Project Evaluation Mid-Term Strategy." Under this strategy, KOICA is advancing 12 strategic tasks in four main directions: 'Establishing an Evidence-Based ODA Project Policy Framework,' 'Enhancing the Evaluation System,' 'Strengthening Evaluation Quality and Feedback,' and 'Fostering the Domestic ODA Evaluation Ecosystem.'
